Tuesdays • 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m Reintegration is for military personnel returning from deployment. Returnees must receive their briefing within 7 days of return to home station (while on ROM). Pre-Deployment and Remote Tour Tuesdays • 1 p.m. to 3 p.m Informative briefing for military members and their spouses. Learn about support services available to you and your family before, during and after experiencing a deployment or remote tour. Briefing is mandatory for active duty personnel task with deployment or an unaccompanied remote tour (365 days). Spouses highly encouraged to attend. Adult Mental Health First Aid July 19 • 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Adult--Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders in your community in an effort to reduce the stigma associated with seeking help. The importance of connecting people to appropriate care is also discussed. Attendees receive a FREE book and are awarded a certificate identifying them as a certified MHFA Interventionist--valid for 3 years. Plan My Move July 27 • 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Plan My Move introduces members to TMO, Finance, Legal, and Housing as well as a PFM to align finances prior to PCS’ing. Conflict Happens, Handle It

July 28 • 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Workshop to learn triggers and what type of conflict resolution/ management skills may work for you professionally and personally. Deployed/Remote Family Retreat July 29 - July 31 • 2 p.m. Come join the Readiness NCO and the A&FRC for a relaxing weekend in the Sacramento mountains. Lodging, Meals and Activities provided! This trip will last three days and two nights. You can either drive up yourself separately or follow us as a group.
