Resume Essentials

June 13 • 8:15 am to 12:45 pm

A four-and-a-half-hour workshop designed to create your most effective resume for the career you want. Trained facilitators will provide guidance and teach you to evaluate your resume and understand job application techniques.

Federal Hiring

June 13 • 2 to 4 pm

This two-hour workshop provides an introduction to the federal hiring process.

Developing a Spending Plan

June 14 • 1 to 2 pm

Bundles for Babies

June 15 • 1 to 4 pm

Babies cost a bundle and learn more about what resources available for expecting parents. Each family will receive $50 from the Air Force Aid Society.

This two-hour workshop defines professional credentials and their importance, illustrates pathways for credentialing, and identifies license and credential portability resources.

Marketing Me: A Job Search Approach

June 20 • 2 to 4 pm

This two-hour workshop is focused on using marketing techniques for your job search. We’ll explore networking opportunities and use multiple resources to develop an action plan for your job hunt

June 22 • 1 to 3 pm

EFMP Family Farm Adventure

June 24 • 10 am to 12 pm

Fun at the Farm! The Ranchette is wonderful and they are expanding this years event over what they did last year, which was huge! If you have only one event to go to come to, this one it is incredible. This is an experience your family will never forget. We will meet at the Ranchette at 10am (Saturday) June 24th. Please be there on time to get through all the different stations. Anita Blake who does this for us is part of the military family and this is her way of giving to you. She said the more the merrier so if you have friends you want to come with, bring them along. The Ranchette is on 30 Money street in La Luz, NM. Google Map it for directions.
