MARKET I.Q.

Our agents have been out and about! From helping build communities up through service to celebrating with clients, below are a few fun highlights to share from our “Company News Feed.”

Welcome

Antoinette Prisco!

Newest Addition to our Team

My passion for creativity and my love of working with real estate has steered me in a few pointed directions. The first being a licensed Interior Designer and now a Real Estate Agent for Berkshire Hathaway here in the heart of the majestic Smoky Mountains.

Born, raised and educated in CT, I migrated to FL where I owned my interiors business for 35 years. During that time, I came here often as a hiker for over 20 years until I had the opportunity to purchase my very own cabin. I fell in love with all the area has to offer in regard to quality of life, outdoor activities, and scenic beauty.

My design and remodeling experience will prove beneficial for any buyer or seller in the fact that I can see beyond the obvious and help my clients achieve their vision and needs throughout their transactional journey, which can be stressful at times. As with any big decision, it is always comforting to have a professional in your

corner that has your best interest in mind and will strive to make your selling or buying experience as pleasant as possible. I look forward to being your agent and finding your dream mountain home.

The Scoop from Jay Spiro

#ServiceAboveSelf

Jay threw on his apron to flip pancakes and helped make the April Rotary Club of Sylva pancake breakfast a success. All proceeds from the event went to support local nonprofit efforts to improve the community!

#PeopleOfAction

Serving as Membership Chair of the Rotary Club of Sylva, Jay Spiro recently helped honor Linda Haggard for her remarkable contributions as the Smoky Mountain High School Performing Arts Teacher.

Mrs. Haggard is retiring this year and the club gathered to celebrate her lasting impact on the community through nurturing students and helping them develop lifelong skills on stage and beyond.

Thank you, Mrs. Haggard!
