Despite her previous unsuccessful attempts with seven different realtors who wouldn't return her calls, I was able to make her dream of owning that land a reality.

Biggest Challenge: My most significant challenge lies in mastering time management and coming to terms with the fact that I can't solve every problem or be in multiple places at once.

Alarm Clock: I don't require an alarm clock because my body is naturally programmed to wake up with the rising sun.

Perfect Day: My perfect day as a real estate agent typically involves productive property showings, successful negotiations, satisfied clients, and progress toward closing deals. It's a day when everything goes smoothly in the world of real estate.
