AUTHORIZATION FOR OFFICIAL NOTICE BY EMAIL

In order to receive all official notices (not billings) from the Association by email, and not postal mail, an Owner(s) must complete and return the Authorization for Official Notice by Email form. A copy of the form is available in the CSA Office or by clicking on the link below and printing the form.
