Introduction of Complex or Significant Issues at CSABoard Meetings

INTRODUCTION OF COMPLEX OR SIGNIFICANT ISSUES AT CSA BOARD MEETINGS

When a complex or significant issue is first introduced to the Board at a CSA Board Meeting, the subject will be open to discussion, but voting will be postponed until the next CSA Board Meeting. Such postponement will allow the Board and Owners time to research the issue, receive and provide input for Board review, and allow for a more thoughtful and thorough approach to consideration of the issue prior to voting on the subject.
