Learn the 8C Team characteristics and objectives of the day Play highly modified tennis activities. The fast-paced fun is intentionally frustrating and is one of 8C’s “secret sauces” to create powerful brain connections that transform how teams function. The foundations for 8C Team began 25 years ago as an experimental curriculum to prepare and train small groups of volunteers for the rigors of international disaster relief and community development. After training 300+ such teams, the principle characteristics that determined the difference between teams that succeeded and teams that fell apart became crystal clear. The purpose of 8:C Team is to help businesses and employees be better together.
