Does your team travel for sporting events? The Northwoods of Wisconsin is the perfect place for your next sporting event and with Rhinelander’s outdoor trails and local sports facilities; whatever your sport and whatever the season, you won’t want to go anywhere else.

The Hodag Dome is the largest air-supported high school dome in the nation! It offers 128,000+ square feet and houses a full size turf football field, a soccer pitch, 2 regulation size softball or youth baseball fields, or 4 futsal fields. Additionally, the dome has 4 tennis courts that are also lined for pickleball, a six lane 100 m straight track, a community walking area, batting cages, golf simulators, and sports court flooring that can allow for basketball or volleyball. The Rhinelander Ice Arena offers a full-size NHL 85x200 foot hockey rink and is home to numerous tournaments throughout the winter season. Ice related sports or functions take place October through June. While ice is out, RIA provides a venue for other opportunities.
