Come “Throw Down” at Conover’s Northwoods Throwdown Disc Golf Tournament

CONOVER - Are you a fan of Disc Golf or maybe want just want to kick back and observe? Be sure to come over to Conover on Sunday, May 21 for the Northwoods Throwdown Disc Golf Tournament!

This fundraising event is taking place at Rohr’s Wilderness Tours at 5230 Razorback Road in Conover and features 2 rounds of 18-hole disc golf tournament. Follow the hills and valleys through the forest to find all 18 holes.

Registration opens at 8 a.m. with a player’s meeting at 9 a.m. Lunch is included. Trophy-only tournament; all net proceeds benefit pediatric brain cancer research. CTP prizes, plus extra buy-ins. Start the Water Ski Season with a SPLASH in Conover

CONOVER - Make your way over to Conover on Saturday, May 27 as the Chain Skimmers Water Ski Team offers a Special Memorial Weekend Ski Show. Starting at 5 p.m. enjoy the talents of these skilled water skiers performing awesome tricks, jumps, flips, and other amazing stunts.

Awarded the “Small Ski Team of the Year” for 2022, this team of athletic performers are sure to impress! The show takes place on Lake Pleasant at 5280 Hwy 45 North in Conover, WI.
