Potato topped Meatballs Mix the Meat, Egg and Spices together and mould into four cups and place the mayonnaise in the cup (You can add the mayonnaise to the meat when you're mixing it with the other ingredients and form patties). Peel the potatoes and dice into cubes, then season with spices and sprinkle with oil. Place in an oven preheated to 220°c and cook until the potatoes turn golden. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top and return to the oven until the cheese has melted. Serve with vegetables and enjoy!
