Please contact our Customer Service if it contains any gaps This detached house is close to the beach, in a tranquil setting along a not-often used road in the town/village of Kampani next to Kalathas beach Villa Ifigeneia offers the perfect setting for indulging holidays. Whether you seek a remote and serene environment or a luxurious residence within typical Cretan nature Villa Ifigeneia will surely deliver. Located in Kampani, Chania in an estate of 1000m2 and surrounded by olive trees, Villa Ifigeneia, in its two-storey detached dwelling, can accommodate up to 10 guests. All of the above can be found only 5 kms from Chania airport, 12 kms from the port of Souda (Chania), 12 kms from Chania City, 75 kms from Rethymno and 155 kms from Heraklion The Villa is distributed in two levels:

The first level consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms fitted with wardrobes. Both bedrooms have exits to balconies. Two of the Villa’s five bathrooms are also on the first level. One the second level you can find one more fully furnished kitchen, another living room, and three more bedrooms fitted with wardrobes and exits to balconies. The Master Bedroom is one of them and it is a romantic room with an en suite, fully equipped bathroom, a large wardrobe and a balcony with view to the hillside and the sea. The Villa’s fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove with oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and a powerful extractor. Two washing machines, one on each level, are included in their respective bathrooms. A baby cot can be added on request The outdoor area of Villa Ifigeneia comprises of: - a 45m2 private swimming pool with a fully functioning Jacuzzi, - a built barbeque area prepared and ready, - a lawn-laid yard surrounding the pool where you can relax and enjoy the sun .
Villa Ifigeneia offers a magnificent, vast view of the hillside at the end of which lies the beautiful Kalathas beach from the northwestern side. To the north-east stands Stavros’ mountain providing an overwhelming view from that side of the estate while the south-eastern side opens up to a beautiful, typical Cretan landscape of olive trees and wild vegetation . Furthermore, the Villa provides central heating in every room, air condition in the living room and the Master Bedroom, free Wi-Fi Internet connection in all areas of the property and emergency lights. Triple-glazed and bulletproof windows can guarantee complete noise insulation and safety at its best . Right at the Villas’ entrance an electric security door reveals a spacious and safe private parking area in front of the ground floor. The guests will have full access to the entire villa and its features. We respect the privacy of our guests. We will be present on site only during your arrival and departure. However we will be available and ready to provide you with information or any kind of assistance on a 24/7 basis. At the time of your arrival informative material will be prepared for you regarding routes, beaches, sightseeing, activities and surrounding area basics (minimarkets, banks etc.). Upon your request and free of charge we can individualize this material according to your own interests in order to achieve maximum fulfillment during your stay.
We can assist you in finding a car for rent or a taxi from the airport/port to the villa, help you book a table to your restaurant of choice or participate in daily trips, tours or activities. The neighbors around Villa Ifigeneia are quiet, local people or people who rent other properties close by. The area is characterized by its serenity and quaintness. You will wake up with birds tweeting around during spring or summer mornings and enjoy peaceful and quiet evenings in the property.

A few minutes’ walk from the villa you will find a vintage restaurant with delicious local cuisine and a mini-market staying open late. Two to five kms, you can find super-markets, restaurants, banks, pastry shops etc. Less than three minutes from the villa, you can meet the bus station with buses passing until eleven o clock at night. Car or motorbike is recommended.
Villa Ifigeneia lies just 12km away from the city of Chania, at Akrotiri area. Akrotiri area includes quaint villages, right next to the coastline or on the hillsides. The main beaches of the area are Kalathas beach (less than 5 minutes’ walk from the Villa), Stavros beach, Marathi family beach, Maherida beach (preferred by people who like nudism) and Loutraki beach with its popular beach bar. Right next to these beaches are local tavernas offering excellent, fresh Cretan delicacies. The advantageous location of Villa Ifigeneia offers you the opportunity to admire the unique architecture of two monasteries only a few kms away: the Monastery of Aghia Triada of Tzagaroli, situated on the northwest of Akrotiri and the Monastery Lady of the Angels at Gouverneto. The Monastery of Aghia Triada is daily open with a museum of its history and a winery from which you can taste and buy its well-known wines. 4 kms after the Monastery of Aghia Triada, you can visit the Monastery Lady of the Angels at Gouverneto and its famous cave at Arkalospilio through a route ideal for trekking.
