three functional blocks are arranged from most public to most private vertically. Staircase here is used as a tool to not only connect each floor but also the outside public.
3
MASSING OPTION 2---Horizontal Arrangement
three functional blocks are arranged from most public to most private horizontally. A courtyard here is used as a tool to not only connect each blocks but also the outside public.

FURTHER DEVELOPMENT: A campus-like design which serves both public and patients.
Building blocks, roads and a river will be the design elements forming the re-integration campus. Roads are the lines to connect the blocks. The river is to mitigate relationships between building blocks, connect every part to the large city background and create peacefulness and vitality.

MASSING OPTION 3---Mixed Arrangement
three functional blocks are arranged from most public to most private both vertically and horizontally. Staircase and a central atrium here are used as a tool to connect each floor. The outside space below the overhang block of professional treatment is inviting everyone.
