Every day you are doing things that affect your health. Your diet is one of them. What you eat, the amount of food you consume and the reasons you choose your foods affect your personality, your appearance, your study abilities and your training performance.


INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITY What do you like to eat? Think and write on the board below all the foods or the drinks you eat more frequently or foods you eaten the last week. Also, write down which of the following help you make choices of food you consume: 1. Because you want it. 2. Because tell you to eat them. 3. Because like to your friends.



INDIVIDUAL AACTIVITY 4. Because you’ve seen an advertisement of them. 5. Because you like the taste of them. 6. Because you are hungry. If there is another reason for which you choose a food or drink write it: An other reason is because you have to consume much proteins.
