WHAT’S IN STORE THIS AUTUMN? Falling leaves, football and holiday parties are here. Plan your Holidays and Game Days (see our Game Day Menu) with Culinary Archaeology. Order fabulous hors d'oeuvres and desserts from Culinary Archaeology. Culinary Archaeology can cater small events up to 300 persons. We use only the finest ingredients and choose organic, in~season ingredients whenever possible. We categorize our foods in Archaic terms: Carnivore; The meat eater. Herbivore; The veggie eater. Omnivore;Those who eat both veggies and meats. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free choices are available for substitution on most items, upon request. Most items are priced per dozen unless otherwise noted. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice for your order of 100 or less. For larger orders more time is required.

Culinary Archaeology offers an array of menu items for both personal meal service and small event catering. The following is a list of currently available menu items. Please inform us of special dietary needs and substitutions. Archaic Categories: Carnivore ~ Contains mostly meats. Omnivore ~ Can contain meats, vegetables, fruits, fish.
