Factory turbo not cutting it? This all new aFe BladeRunner turbocharger supports up to 600HP over the standard turbocharger while lowering Exhaust Gas Temperatures (E.G.T). BLADERUNNER® INTERCOOLERS • Patented MDV® (Multiple Directional Vane) technology is used to direct air through the entire core for maximum cooling. • 3.15” bar and plate intercooler core is used for maximum surface area. Testing has shown a 200 degree temperature drop through the intercooler. The BladeRunner Intercooler represents the next generation of intercooler technology. BladeRunner intercoolers utilize a huge bar and plate design (up to 3-1/2” thick) that is 15% larger than our competitors and outflows OE style tube and fin core designs by as much as 74%. This design results in quicker and more measurable heat dissipation. The unique BladeRunner end tanks are constructed from a 3/16” TIG- welded aluminum plate that incorporate multi-directional vanes that efficiently direct air flow throughout the entire core to utilize every square inch for maximum cooling. In recent testing we saw a 200o F temp reduction from intercooler inlet to outlet and a 100o F EGT reduction.

Pro GUARD D2 oil filters are the next generation in oil filter technology. This oil filter is constructed with extreme conditions in mind. A heavy-duty 600lb. burst strength canister with a 3/8” nut ratchet drive is built into the filter for easy installation and removal. In mid 1994, the 7.3L Power Stroke diesel was introduced. It’s arguably the best light/medium duty diesel engine ever produced. The Power Stroke featured direct injection, a turbocharger, and HEUI injectors. Thousands of 7.3L Power Strokes were manufactured between ‘94-97, most of which are still on the road today. At its peak, the 7.3L Power Stroke laid down 275 horsepower at 2,800 RPM & 525 lb-ft of torque at 1,600 RPM. The 7.3L is largely recognized for creating the intense competition surrounding the Big Three in the diesel market today. With all the history surrounding this truck, how could aFe Power not step up to the plate. In 2011, the GM Duramax GMT 900 platform was enhanced by the addition of the LML Duramax engine. This LML 6.6L V8 motor produces an astonishing 397hp and 765lbs. x ft. torque putting it among the elite of diesel trucks. aFe Power R&D teams surrounded this platform and quickly launched the most complete line of performance and protection products available for the LML. In late 2007, GM launched the GMT900 platform which included the brand new LMM Duramax Motor. Again GM improved on the prior design by bringing to the table 365hp and 660lbs. x ft. of torque to really take this great looking new platform to the next level. This platform was the first of the Duramax line to have a DPF (diesel particulate filter) as an emissions control system. The aFe Power engineering team developed a complete line-up of performance and protection products for the LMM. The Duramax LLY was released mid-year 2004 and represented the next generation of Duramax motors. Taking from the popular LB7 and enhancing the turbo and emissions components, the LLY produces 300hp and 520lbs. x ft. torque from the factory. This motor was well received by the public and aFe Power recognized this by developing a whole host of products to improve the air flow of the LLY. By adding an air intake system, turbo inlet manifold and exhaust systems, you can really see increased power. Add in fluid filters, differential covers and transmission pans and you also add a level of protection that will set you apart.

The Duramax LB7 was the flashpoint for GM to enter the diesel truck market. As with all future Duramax engines, the LB7 is a 6.6L V8 with a 32-valve engine and a common-rail direct injection system. From the factory, it produced a respectable 300hp and 520lbs. x ft. torque. From the beginning, aFe Power engineering staff began designing performance products for this platform.
