Three teribal parts of WWll Do you have a constant fear of being killed? That's what you might have felt living in the WWll time period! Some bad part about living in the time period of the most destructive war. You could be scared of being drafted into a war that was killed 10 million americans annually. The World War ll years were a terrible time period because of the constant persecution of anyone who did not fit in Hitler's master race, the inhumane scientific experiments and the control of information by Hitler's army.


Hitlers master race HItler's was trying to make a master race made of people of the “Northern European descent” claimed the article “Hitler's Supermen”. The Nazis really wanted to expand their beliefs and their amount of followers, but they wouldn't just take anyone. They had to fit a specific set of criteria that they set in place. Criteria would be tall, thin, blonde hair and blue eyes. In order to achieve a master race, hitler also engaged in a series of experiments on Jewish prisoners.

People that fit the master race.


Scientific experiments on Jewish prisoners Hitler conducted some of the worst involuntary scientific experiments on humans. Some might include testing new medicine on people without their consent. Or sections of bones, muscles, and nerves were removed from the subjects without use of anesthesia. Said in the articale Natzi Medical Experiments. These are just some of the horrible experiments done.

Hiding Historical Information Hitler was controlling the information given to the people who lived in Nazi Germany. One way he would do this was buring huge amounts of books at once. He wanted everyone to follow his orders. One of the biggest book burning days was on May 10 1933. Tens of thousands of books were burned at the command of Hitler's army. Burnt in huge piles to keep historical information away from people.

In conclusion the World War ll time period was a terrible one to live in because of the constant persecution of anyone who did not fit in Hitler's master race, the inhumane scientific experiments, and the control of information by Hitler's army
