I’m a big fan of “ Nasi Lemak Ayam ”, and this is the only place which im willing to pay the toll for, worth every cent.

This book may seem like a menu to you but its actually no, its an experiance and throughout this journey you will see my personal food, and experiance in what i have eaten and what are to good food i go around exploring to ďŹ nd out where my personal favorite is at. There will also be peoples perspective and reaction while they are eating, like what goes on while they are eating, that they do not realise.
BUTTERMILK CHICKEN RICE I consider this place a hidden gem thats because its one of the best butter milk chicken rice i have ever tasted ever.

ONEZO CARIBBEAN FRUIT TEA
Not a big fan of fruit tea but this is big change from the mainstream bubble ONEZO CARIBBEAN FRUIT TEAtea craze going around.
TONKOTSU RAMEN I dont normally eat or order ramen but according to other foodies this is a 8/10 ramen.
STEAMED CHICKEN Well the picture speaks for itself, its a really good looking chicken, worth the 2 hour drive and 20 minutes wait.
LANZHOU SPICY BEEF BRISKET RAMEN Well its spicy ramen and its name is as long as the dish took to come out, but the taste is really good and gets your tastebuds on ďŹ re.
STRAWBERRY SHAKE ICE CREAM Well presentation wise its fantastic, and im happy the taste is as good as its presentation.
LLAO LLAO YOGURT Am not a fan of yogurt softsrve but the caramel topping is the bomb.

LOBSTER SALAD AND SPRING ROLLS Well its lobster always taste good but this combination is perfect because the taste blends in well and the spring rolls are a good mix.
NESTUM GINGER PRAWNS Well prawns has never failed in taste and this style of cooking is new to me but it is so good that the tastes explodes in your mouth.

SINGAPORE SIEW YOK Well according to then there is a singapore twist in it which i presume is squezzed lemon on top of it.
AGLIO OLIO Hands down to presentation, taste be improved , but overall its tasty.
CHICKEN KATSU CURRY The size of this is so huge I could not ďŹ nish it, but one of the most tender chicken I have eaten ever.
