My Courage Starts with Me Letting Myself Be Seen and Know Me for Who I Really Am
by Alesha Brackin after Nelson Mandela
I am kind – like when I help my friends when they don’t understand what they’re worth, and I have a lot of Courage but sometimes people think that I am mean and some say I am shy but my point is to never judge someone before you get to know them and do not make people let you feel like you’re a bad person. Sometimes their reason is because of the problems they face, but each day in your absence they might just be afraid of all your talent and your smartness, and it can bring a lot of fear to them, but it is up to you to make the right decisions. Let your triumph take over your fear from them because in reality they are the ones afraid of you and your victory, So you should just stand up for yourself and let them know that you are over it. Maybe you can help them overcome their fear of other people who have a talent that they can’t do, help them to understand that the more time wasted studying your talent, their talent will pass but it will be too late and they will miss it. So let’s help them find their talent. Maybe you can find another talent for yourself. I know that I am kind and special in my own way, because of my love and my actions towards others. I learned to never let people bring me down and never bring down others. I feel like a flower that brings beauty to the world. So that was my courage to stand up for myself and others.
