It’s summer vacation, and Myah is really excited to go to the Bahamas on summer vacation with her family, and she expects nothing to ruin her family vacation until . . . she’s walking to the vending machine in the airport and WHAM. She bumps into the mean girls. “Watch where you’re going, dork.” says Sarah, twirling her hair while the mean girls burst out laughing.
“S-Sorry.” Myah says while stuttering over her words.
“Are you s-scared,” says Sarah, mocking Myah, which makes the mean girls laugh even more.
Myah continues to walk away until she yells out, “Hey, it’s not okay to be mean, you know.”
Sarah scoffs. “I don’t care,” she says and drops her smile. While Myah begins to walk away with a giant smile on her face. She feels so much better, which makes her feel even better than before, and now nothing can make her vacation bad! But two days later Sarah and Myah make eye contact with each other at the frozen yogurt place in the Bahamas, and Sarah apologizes to Myah about the situation.
