SiPix 鑼銓-EPD – 電子紙手機按鍵 2011/05 Concept keyboard that feasibility evaluate result: 1. Concept structure design evaluate result. 1.1 Keyboard click force value will between 250g and 350g. Reason: Top layer no plunger design and dome structure intensity that will increase the operation force. 1.2 The keyboard Snap ratio will between 12% and 18%. Reason: Top layer no plunger design and just surface touch that will reduce the snap ratio. 1.3 Metal dome (diameter: 4.0mm) force value will between 170g and 200g. 1.4 The EPD display color can design to use white and black color. 1.5 The EPD display response time will have 550ms. (30 volt driving) 2. Concept keyboard environmental characteristics evaluate result. 2.1 Products normal operating temperature will between 00c and 500c. 2.2 Products normal storage temperature will between -200c and 600c. 3. Four segments layout evaluate result. 3.1 The segments layout evaluate is feasible no overlapping issue.
