BRIEF Along with the information era attend, the virtual game gradually changes our real life, whether the cell phone game or network games, game are becoming part of our life. The original idea of this project is that I want to combine a visual game with the real-life product to design a new experience that we interact with our daily life. T-hause is comprehensive, it has two form of utilization, users can use it as a normal stationary to fulfill the office needs and an aesthetics lifestyle, they can also play with this set of stationery, and by the process of the game, users can DIY teabags as the target of the game. I try to use the methods of game design to design a product set to enlarge the possibility of product design.

THE GAME PROCESS The background of the t-hause game is the product design process and the target of the game is to produce products which are substitute by tea bags. The game needs 3 to 5 players to play, the process combined by a series of rounds of the game, players act 6 different characters to use the ability to reach the target. For example, if the players act the architect, he can build the factory to get the material of product which is tea; if the player acts the designer, he can get a lab or a studio to produce products. the products can be sold by the businessman to get money or exhibited by the curator to get awards. In the game, whether the money, awards or idea coin or buildings would be substituted by real product and the virtual product production process would be the DIY teabags process. In the circulatory system, the players can develop their own product line and to produce more products or win the more awards, they can be the winner of the game. By experience, the fun game players can also make their own teabags and share them.
Put a certain amount of tea and 5 idea coin into the factory, and mix evenly.
Put some filters paper into the lab
Combine tea-house with the factory like the above way.
In the game, the tea bag product is produced by the above way, folding the filter paper inside the studio (stapler),and nail the teabag.
Put the workers and some number card into the exhibition hall.
At last, combine the tea bag with the idea coin, and it becomes a final product.
DESIGNER
CEO
POLITICIAN
The designer can build lab or studio, and change the problems coin to idea coin to release pressure of factory.
CEO stage is the production stage, at this stage player who acts the character, his building such as lab factory studio can produce the product.
Players can obtain workers if they act the politician, workers are necessary for the factory to produce material and other buildings to produce the product.
CURATOR
BUSINESSMAN
ARCHITECT
At the curator stage, players can exhibit their product to get an award, the awarded product must be produced at studio stage which has changed the problem coin to idea coin to be a perfect product. the exhibition hall also has limit space to exhibit, every player can only put one kind of product to exhibit.
At the businessman stage, players can sell their own product to market. the market has the certain numbers of space to store the product, if space is full of product, the market would close and stop the business
Players can build a factory at the beginning of this stage, as the raw material producer, the factory can also produce some problems which can be idea coin randomly, if the “problems could not be overcome in time and are accumulated to 5 problems, the factory would break down and need to be rebuilt to produce
Factory: in real life, the t-hause building is a little storage, you can put your pens, small notebooks inside of it. the factory building You would get a factory at the architect stage, it produces raw material of the very-end product(tea bag).
The writing case plays the market, the exhibition hall, you can put any of your product to sell at the market and exhibit your final product at the exhibition hall.
The flowerpot is a landscape in the game, if you choose to build a landscape at the architect stage, you would reduce the cost of any building you would build afterward.
Lab building is a filter storage in real life, you can also put little stuff in the groove of the lab. Llab produce a package of the product, with the package which is the filter paper of teabags, the raw material can be made to the crude product. players can get a lab at the designer stage.
The pencil extender is a worker in the game, every of your produce building would need enough workers to start producing.
The inspiration of studio comes from the development of trying to DIY a teabag after putting the raw material into the package, the studio can accomplish the final product. The wing of the stapler can bend the filter paper to hold the tea and use the staple gun to attach the teabag with the idea coin as the holder of the teabag. the product produced by the studio is the final stage and can be exhibited to get awards or sell a higher price than crude product and raw material.
The idea coin is the holder of the teabags. it is necessary for the final product, and the back side of idea coin is problems, if a factory has 5 problems, the factory would break down. At the design stage, players can change the problem coin in the factory into idea coin in the studio to produce a final product.
This square box can hold about 5-gram tea as the measurement tool of the teabag making process.

ALESCA PESTICIDE RESIDUE DE Healthy Living. Reimagined
Beijing Tech Hive Presentation June 22, 2014
BRIEF Design a portable pesticide residue detector to building the trust link between food consumers and producer farmers. As the population growth, the food safety insurance can be the most emergency problems we have ever faced, especially pesticide residue on our consuming food, fruits and vegetables. The product aims the trust link between food consumers and producers, a farmer can use it to print the food growth information include location, plucking time and the pesticide residue measurement, the food consumers can also use this product to detect the pesticide residue of the food they bought everyday life. The packing of ELASCA be given to food producers make it possible for consumers to read about the full growth data of the food via QR code print by the ELASCA pesticide residue gauge on the packaging. During the project, I had the chance to do a large range of contextual user research, affinity diagrams and eventually foam prototyping in order to create a viable realistic outcome.

USER RESEARCH Li Ying is small scale Chinese vegetable producer living in suburban areas in Yushe, his life cycle are quit simple, from home to his green house of vegetables and than goes to wholesale vegetable market besides the township government. The price of vegetables are unpredictable even for 38-year planing vegetables farmer Li, he planting a majority of vegetables of lettuce, but the lettuce price this year are at the lowest of 0.2yuan every kilogram in the wholesale market, while the price of lettuce are 6 yuan every kg last year at the same time. Li has also been to visit the supermarket and the retail market, the price multiplies. Actually, when vegetable farmers complain about the low price of selling their vegetables and losing their money, the price of retail market, consumers are also complain about the high price of the same vegetables. Hao jianying is a normal vegetable consumer, she also plant her own small farm in her yard to produce some onions melons and seasonal vegetables. It is a basic reason for her to build her own vegetable garden to avoid eating too much vegetables buying from vegetable market without any information about how much pesticides residue on the vegetable. Actually her decide is not quit unusual, in her community, this kind of seasonal vegetable garden are very popular, she said a 10 m2 big garden can provide her family a whole summer vegetables, include cucumbers, pumpkin, onions and even some strawberries. She always gives some of her products to neighbors, she said : these vegetables are using organic fertilizer and never spray pesticides.

The consumers are unsure about the safety of the vegetable, they have the subconscious of the higher the vegetables’ price is, the more safe it is. they actually do not have the main to detect what they are eating. The producer rely on the weak valorize system, which can be easily cause their loss of money, in order to avoid more risk of produce process, farmers use a lot of pesticides, excessive fertilize and even ripener. the whole process cause a bad cycle of food safety and consumers are the sufferers.
MOTIVATION By give the producers and consumers a way of trust each other, a product of detect the food itself can be a supervisor of farmers and a viable way for consumers to know their eating food.
TASK GOALS Let the information of food vegetables, fruits, and crops more clear, consumers can easily get the location, the delivery time, and wether there is pesticide residue.
producers and food consumers
EXPERIENCE GOALS Farmers can use the product to give the vegetables they produce a readable “ID” code, which can be fixed on the packaging of vegetables. Consumers can use the product to detect the pesticides residue of their eating food and they can also use it to sell their own vegetable products by print the “ID” code of their own products and sell them online.

DATA ACQUISITION A hyperspectral fluorescence imaging system was used which mainly consisted of a high-performance back-illuminated charge coupled device (CCD) camera, an imaging spectrograph, and a light unit with fluorescence lamps as the light source. The whole system was shielded with a close chamber avoiding the interferences of external lights from outside. Hyperspectral fluorescence images were acquired and analyzed by software
DATA ANALYSIS
HYPERSPECTRAL FLUORESCENCE IMAGING SYSTEM
The white regions are the fluorescence of chlorpyrifos solutions. Threshold segmentation method was used to acquire the Region of Interest (Figure 9, red regions). Then average spectral curves of different samples in Region of Interest were calculated in whole wave bands (Figure 10). According to figure 10, chlorpyrifos has strong fluorescence characteristic when methanol is used as solvent. The emission spectrum of chlorpyrifos indicates that it has the peak emission at the wavelength of 437 nm, and chlorpyrifos samples with different concentration have different fluorescence Pesticide concentration can be readily measured with NIR spectroscopy and optical imaging technology. However the accuracy and precision could be improved. The optical technique could be one of the most useful tools along with the advancement of spectral instrument for determination of pesticide residue.

BRIEF: TO DESIGN A CHARGING PRODUCT TO FULFILL THE NATIVE SITUATION OF CHINESE E-TRANSPORTATION USERS. Problems: I start this project with a very focus on resent city residents in Beijing , having spent the recent 7 years of my life there, I used to commute by my electric motor and the pain point are always reside on the charging process, the same problems happened on another group of commute people who drive their e-vehicle to go to work to go traveling. Both of those can not find a convenient public charging place to charge their vehicle.
THE FOCUS With a relative increasing density of e-vehicle user year on year in many Chinese city, the popularization of ev-charger has been one of the most essential appliances for citizens. At the same time, the electric car users in 2017 are 390 southend people more than 2016 in China and the electric bicycle users in 2017 are 26 million people more than 2016. Till 2016, Chines electric car owners are 800 southend people and electric bicycle owners are 2.6 billions. based on the big gap between users of electric cars and users of electric bicycles, and the daily charging dilemma of EV users faced, my focus is to design a charging station that both of those people can reach easily and have a smooth charging experience without worry about going to the certain place to charge by their electric car or carry the heavy battery of their electric bicycle to home to charge.
RESEARCH USER Lvguanling is a 24-year-old student study in Beijing Wangjing, his home is 10 km away from school at the south-east, the charging station is 8 km away from his home at the north-west, That makes his path from home to school quit complicated, he always go to the station twice a week every Wednesday and Saturday. For him the most embarrassing thing is that at the noon of a Wednesday, he had to go to the 10 km away charging station to charge his car than get back to school to attend classes.
Zhishan 26-years-old
office worker
Zhishan is a 26-year-old office worker in Beijing, his home is 7 km away from his office, and he like to use electric bicycle as the commute tool. He live at 9th floor of the living building, the public passages of his apartment is quit narrow only allow one person and a bicycle to pass away. He always charge his electric bicycle fourth a week, and the public passage is used as his charging place, he know it is not right for it might be an obstruct when emergency happened, but his apartment place is even narrower, and the spacious underground parking dose not have power source for electric bicycle.

ENVIRONMENT The charging process happened mostly at the fixed charging station in Beijing for most EV users and for those who use electric bicycle users, apparently happened in home some charge their bicycle in public spaces such as passages and outdoor spaces.
elevator
INTERACTION For ev users, the interaction of charging his car is quit simple, he should go to the SGCC (State Grid Corporation of China) service station to apply for the electric car charging card, and use the card to charge at the charging station. By insert the card and input the total electric quantity you want to charge or total money you want to spend, and insert the charger to your charging port of the car, the process would be finished automatically after about 30 minutes. For the electric bicycle users, the time they spend would be about 4 hours to 5 hours, users charge their electric bicycle for the whole night and it can support the next two days use.
OPPORTUNITY By brief the charging process of e-vehicle and use the surplus space of underground parking, the most e-vehicle users can be benefit it. My solution is to combine the charging place of both electric car and e-bicycle to avoid the hard process of charge both of them.
SOLUTION
car doesn’t solve the problem of being late for class
Evb-cahrger can charge both electric car and electric bicycle, the relative smaller outlook makes the floor space of the charging station not big, the users can apply for the company to assemble the device and use his normal electric car charging card to start charging his car. the electric bicycle users can also benefit from this device, by applying for the charging card from website of the evb-cahrger company, they can also start charging his bicycle at the side of the device. There would be a fixed lock on the floor to lock the electric bicycle.

TECHNICAL PRINCIPLE
BLIND PEOPLE NEVIGATION ASS A project with a large focus on helping blind people navigation and obscure detection and eliminate barrier of range of activity. The brief was to “design a product to enhance blind people’s sensation of barrier .” I started the project with a very focused user group of blind group living in a city, the complexed outdoor life especially when they are on the road could be quit dangerous, construction activities are so frequent and environment changed so quick that blind people lost their familiarization to their road every day life. By interview a blind people of my community, I realize that the most vocal GPS has a big disturb effect to the visual disabled people since they major rely on their ear to estimate his or her environment, such as a familiar building, the cycle beside him or when to cross the road by hearing the voice of the vehicles. I want to suggest a vibration based remind system to inform user about situation without interrupt their ear. The product can be used both interior and outdoor and also simple to interact.
SISTANT - QUILL
PROBLEM. Chinese blind’s life is hard, ignorance from the society and the blind navigator technology are still quiet low-ended. China has the longest blind road in the world, but never would a blind people try to walk on it, the design is bad even evil, the swerve road even break off road are everywhere. the worst thing is the traversed bicycle or cars, the worse the blind road is, the less blind people use it , and the less blind people walk on the road, people begin to ignore the problem happened on the blind road. This become a barrier hinder visual disabled people’s step to enhance their life cycle. The interior life of blind peoples are also beset with difficulties, getting into a door without worry about pump the door side, or find a table or a chair.
RESEARCH USER CONTEXT
TASK
Every 100 people in china will have a blind people inside of them, the china has the largest population of blind in the world, there are 8.24 million all blind people in the world and have 67million visual impairment in 2010, and the number is much more bigger today.
Blind people are always have their own familiar range to travel around, mostly their company location and home, include nearly park and market. my product aim on solve blind people’s normal travel and interior walking.
Li zhang have been blind when she was 15 cause by a car accident , she is now a music teacher teaching in blind school in Qingdao since she graduated in Changchun blind school in 1995. Her salary is about 8000 yuan per month. GUomao is a 22-year-old blind massage practitioner living in Taiyuan, he start his career when he was 17 years old, and begin a proofssional massages at 20, his salary now is about 40000 per year. The average income of blind people are about 6000 yuan per year.

ENVIRONMENT
REFINED
STRATEGY
Outdoor: blind people are living in normal community, their lifecycle include community, market beside their community usual with in 1000 m, the distance of park to their home is depends, but base on a good city design, it would not be too far. Li zhang’s school is 3 km from home and she usually go to school by bus, she only need walk about 200m long.
User ’s daily life walking is about 1500 meters to 2000 meter, include both interior and outdoor road. the outdoor barriers on the road include traversing road, obstruction on their blind road, increasing public bicycles could be barrier too.The interior environment are relative friendly to blind people, but they still have the problem of pump the door of room.
Based on the fact that most blind or visual impaired people heavily rely on their auditory sense, my solution is to give a sense of vibration to remind the barrier distance and direction. the product will aim to enhance user’s experience of walking and navigating.
Interior: Guomao lived in a 70m2 apartment with his family: his mother and his father, his room is about 15m2 big near to the toilet room.
mass age r oom
As a wearable product, Quill would be used both in the interior and outdoor, the interaction of users and the product is quit simple, there are two buttons to control the mode of interaction, the navigation mode and the detection mode, the navigation mode will basically used in outdoor road, and the detection mode can be used in both outdoor and interior. In addition, the outlook of the product which inspired by the movie <Guide dog Quill>, as a symbol of guiding for blind people, Quill encourage blind people to broaden their life cycle and also as a positive symbol of the crowd.
SKETCHES
WHAT IS QUILL Quill is a wearable navigation belt, it via to give users sense of vibration of their waist to remind blind people the directions and the distance of obstruction. The front sonar radar can detect the obstruct in front of users and give signal to computer which can analysis it give the vibration modules signal to vibrate to remind the direction and distance of the obstruct. There is also GPS and Gyroscope inside Quill, it can not only detect the location of user’s which is important to their family but also estimate the motion of users and give the computer the right feedback to stop keeping detect. Moreover, users can also use the App to edit the road to their destiny, the augmented reality 3d map would tell the quill precise moment to turn around and to go into buildings. The users’ family can also keep a watchful eye to users location and the situation around them.
Diatom ooze air purifier
BRIEF: Diatom ooze is usually used for interior coating and have a superior function of purifying air, adjusting humidity, sound-absorbing, noise reduction, fireproofing, and have a strong artistic function, is called “clean air works of art. Diatom mud has special absorbability, it can remove the free fromaldehyde, benzene, alcohol. This design project is for the diatom ooze coating company MAODAMA, the company set up at 1999, and has been the first class interior coating producer in China, I start this project with a very focus of using the original material of diatom ooze coating which is diatom ooze stone, which has the same function of the diatom coating material. with a relative smaller size, it is easy to change, which can avoid release some noxious gas into the air. Air pollution can be the most severe problems in Beijing, by design a easy to use and middle-end product, the product can be benefit for users who suffering from the austere air pollution of interior and could not find a way of solving it. The idea is called diatom ooze box, it is used in a interior environment and also inside the car. The diatom ooze stone would be put inside the box and the porous surface of the box would allow a sufficient air to be filtered by the stone, after about a month the stone should be change to avoid hazardous substance release to the air.
