Workshop Screen Printing Outcome/ Zoo Animals Are Like Circus Animals Process
S
creen printing is a process which needs patience. During the process, you never know what will happen in the next step, until the outcome appears then you know the work is a success or failure. From design the pattern, choose the color to match with different layers to complicated operation process, in this situation every step need to think carefully. However, the amazing result always make me feel excited, it shows that the torturing process is worth.

Workshop Emboss/ Deboss/ Calligraphy T
he new printing skills I learned is ,Emboss/Deboss, Calligraphy, and Screenprint. These mediums help me to explore the different style of printing, maybe I can utile in printing book cover or poster. It is a great opportunity for learning traditional printing. I enjoy the process of printing, the consequence might not be successful, but still can expect the surprise of product, which is totally different than digital drawing. Trying different medias can expand the scope of the audience from children to adult. Make the concept spread widely.
T
he limitation of an unfamiliar media will not easy to control the process and result of my expectation. In addition, it needs time to learn and practice. However, I believe that if I overcome the confusion of using a new media, it might be a great testing for learning a new thing. Also, it will have the advantage for my future career because I had the experience to practice it.

Workshop Making Book
E
xperience hand-make book is a funny process, it’s more flexibility than made by a print shop. Because I can add some funny interaction inside the book. I can choose the specific paper to shoe the illustration that I want.

he similarities: They are both Hand-made book, it’s more flexibility than made by a print shop. Can make more fun pop-up interaction in the book, also make a high quality hard cover. The Difference: Sewing the book can make the page flatter when you turn over the pages, and the whole book looks more decent.

Workshop Open Life Drawing My perception/
I
n human sketching course. I have learned how to draw what I see in reality instead of the imaginal fashion drawing. Focusing on human body proportion will help me improve the sketching skill like structure. In addition, observe the direction of light, use white color to highlight the light part of the human's body and use dark color boldly present the shadow part of the human body.

Workshop Graphic Novel The Unknown Warrior
T
he Tomb of the Unknown Warrior contains the remains of a unidenti ed British soldier who fell on the Somme. Between 7 and 8 November 1920 his remains were transported through France with great ceremony, and on 9 November, they arrived at Dover port. The co n was then transferred to the same train that had carried Edith Cavell’s remains a year earlier. On 10 November the co n arrived at Victoria Station, and was kept there overnight.
On the morning of 11 November the co n was transported through London on a gun carriage, past extremely large crowds, to be interred at Westminster Abbey. The procession went past the Cenotaph, which was unveiled by King George V. In the documents held by The National Archives, civil servants Mr Macintyre and Mr Lovell are praised for their work with the many thousands who applied for tickets to the ceremony: they ‘exhibited the utmost patience and consideration in dealing with the numerous callers for tickets: in all cases bereaved parents or widows labouring under deep emotion.’
Sources The National Archives: TNA WORK 20/1/3 (Cenotaph, Whitehall: general arrangements in respect of the unveiling ceremony and burial of the unknown warrior in Westminster Abbey, 11th November, 1920); TNA WORK 20/139 (plan for erection of permanent cenotaph).
