RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

At Matterhorn Ultraks, we believe athletes can take their responsibility, so there is no compulsory equipment. However we warmly recommend you follow the weather forecast and adjust accordingly. The recommended equipment is made of : - Long sleeves waterproof jacket of proper size. - Emergency blanket - Mobile phone with emergency number stored. - Tape to fix a twisted ankle - Drink We remind you that the Matterhorn Ultraks is a semi-autonomy race, which means you are responsible to have enough food and drinks to go from one aid station to another.

Warning: « EXTREME» and « VERTINIGHT» races are different and havea compulsory equipment. (see on page 41and 45)

Poles are authorised on all races but must be kept from beginning to the end. .
