CONCEPT ‘SUSUSHI’ คือ ยี่หอซูชิ ที่มีการออกแบบโลโกใหดูเรียบงาย โดยใชจุดสีแดงซึ่งสื่อถึงธงชาติ ของประเทศญี่ปุน และใชแทงตะเกียบทั้งสองเพื่อแสดงถึง อาหารญี่ปุนอยางซูชิที่จะตองใช ตะเกียบคีบ ทั้งสองไดถูกนำมาใชแทนตัวอักษร ‘H’ นั่นเอง ซึ่งสามารถแขงขันกับรานซูชิอื่น ๆ ไดสบาย ๆ ดวยเอกลักษณของบรรจุภัณฑที่โดดเดนดูทันสมัย มีการใชสีสันสดใส เพิ่มความนาลิ้มลองใหแกซูชิ ไดเปนอยางดี ใช Concept พิกเซล (Pixel) เพื่อตองการสื่อใหเห็นวา ซูชิของ SUSUSHI นั้น อรอยทุกอณูพิกเซล ดานหนาและดานหลังจะเปนลายเดียวกัน สวนดานขางเปนสีลวน มีจุดสีเขียวเล็ก ๆ แทนวาซาบิ นอกจากนี้ กลองบรรจุภัณฑหลักของ SUSUSHI ยังมี Referance มาจากรูปขาวปนญี่ปุน (Onigiri) อีกดวย ตัวบรรจุภัณฑเปนกระดาษแข็ง เหมาะสำหรับใสอาหารที่สามารถรับประทานแลวทิ้งบรรจุภัณฑ ไดเลย เพราะเปนมิตรตอสิ่งแวดลอม สามารถยอยสลายไดตามธรรมชาติ และยังนำไป รีไซเคิลได อีกดวย ที่เด็ดไปกวานั้นคือสามารถสอดตะเกียบเขาไประหวางรอยพับที่ใชพับปดบรรจุภัณฑได ซึ่งสะดวกตอการรับประทาน และสามารถใชแทนหูหิวไดอีกดวย.
