HERS DESIGN 2014 年畢業暑期前往位於日本大阪的 HERS DESIGN 設計公司實習 , 實習期間有幸參與公司內部的設計案 , 也同時進行實習的社會設計 , 實習期間 公司剛好有瑞士同學與新加玻同學同時在實習 , 討論設計案是最好了解世界各國對設計的不同看法 , 也學習到日本公司吹毛求疵與認真的態度 , 下 圖就是我在日本 HERS DESIGN 的實習現場。
DESIGN WORKS 在實習期間主要參與三件產品的設計流程與開發 , 從筆記本到護士車設計案的範圍相當廣泛 , 下突為日本某廠商的筆記本設計委託案 , 此公司希望能 開發一系列新的產品線專門提供隨身需求的使用者 , 經過發想與草模製作讓我初步了解日不同文化下的概念衍生與設計方法 , 第二個設計案就是護 士車的設計案 , 同樣也是要設計一款全新的產品線 , 雖然在離開日本前無法參與到案子結束 , 但卻留下許多無法取代的經驗與態度。

SOCIAL DESIGN - TAIWAN FLOODING
The biggest problem in Taiwan !
根據台灣每年淹水水災死亡人數調查因行動不方便和因斷電無法與外界聯繫的死亡率為最高百分比 , 因此我想水能讓人們死亡是不是也可以讓人們 活下去 , 於是我開始尋找有關於水的相關技術 , 發現台灣某大學已有水電池一定程度的研發與技術 , 經過一番了解與文獻參考 , 水電池不管用甚麼液 體都可以使其發電 , 所以在停電水災中是一個很重要的關鍵 , 結合水電池的技術我設計出一款簡易型的求救裝置 , 平常不使用時水電池可以包存 20 年之久比起一般電池能更有效的保存 , 加入液體後更可以立即提供電量並供給求救裝置使用 , 讓在停電的時的人們不會求助無門 , 希望能大幅減少水 災停電時無法求救的人們。

DESIGN CONCEPT - SOS DEWICE 結合水電池的求救裝置 , 簡易大面積使用介面讓人們可以更直覺的使用 , 中間透明水管讓人們可以更清楚看見液體的狀況 , 結合衛星定位技術讓收救 人員能更快速精確的找到受難人員 , 右邊按鍵為擴音裝置在無法發出聲音的狀況下可使用其裝置讓收救人員更快的發現受難者的所在位置。

DESIGN CONCEPT - WATER BATTER LIGHTS WATER BATTER LIGHTS 是 結 合 水 電 池 結 合 寶 特 瓶 所 設 計 的 一 款 產 品 , 寶 特 瓶 在 台 灣 是 相 當 容 易 取 得 的 一 項 容 器 , 結 合 寶 特 瓶 瓶 蓋所 設 計 的 水 電 池燈能利用水電池的特性藉由寶特瓶內的液體所發電的一項災害停電時所使用的產品 , 裝滿液體鎖上瓶蓋燈包特瓶能立即成為手電筒提供所需照明 , 產品前方有一按鍵能切換模式為擴散的光源能提供使用者更多的使用需求 , 希望能為受災戶提供夜晚最基本的安全需求。
( 右圖 ) 裝上保特瓶的實際狀況模擬圖 , 突出鉤環設計方便掛在任何地方 ( 下圖 ) 主要構 造爆炸圖 , 結構簡單利用不同金屬的電位差所發電的電池結構 ( 下下圖 ) 使用時的兩種模 式簡易的切換鍵 , 讓產品產生更多可能性。

DESIGN CONCEPT Drowning incidents often occur at the sea.Lifeguards can rescue injuries immediately by pulling seatback.AfterCPR,Lifesaving chair change stretcher by simple folding step and lift the injury to the land.Reduce rescue time and processes and external damage. Can erected the chair when lifeguard left.also will show up a pattern of dangerous in the back of the chair to remind people no lifeguards in here.

DESIGN CONCEPT Auluxe 藍芽隨身音響設計 , 整體造型鵝卵石為出發點 , 一顆不起眼的小石頭經過千錘百鍊的過程才能成一顆光華圓潤的 鵝卵石 , 此款藍芽音響學習的不只是鵝卵石的優美線條同時也學習其中的內涵表現在產品上 , 圓潤的外表堅實的內在 , 絕 對能為使用者帶來全新的體驗與感受 , 圓潤的外表帶給使用者更舒適的觸感同時也方便攜帶外出。

DESIGN CONCEPT 此案為百塑企業 V3E-R-55T 機型與公司內部全部機型設計風格定義 , 大型射出機的相關設計在大學期間是相當不容易接觸到的設計類型 , 所以在前端了解機台的使用行為花了不少時間與心血 , 最後設計方向為將現有的管線隱藏加強維修人員與操作人員的安全與便利性 , 主要設 機風格為四大項我負責其中 '' 未來感 '' 的設計方向 , 考慮到維修與板金的製程 , 外殼皆為簡單的單曲面造型達到未來感的流線與簡潔感 , 藍 色操作台提供更高的住目性達到安全與未來機型定義。

DESIGN CONCEPT 圓芳椅整體造型為內圓外方，而內圓方則是中國傳統文化中所崇尚的一種品德，雖在處事上有所圓滑但卻內在有所堅持。扶手造型則考究明朝圈椅 優美的線條行雲流水有如書法包含著中國傳統的文化與內涵 , 材質以天然皮革呼應下方黃花梨木 , 在動與靜之間達到相輔相成的效果。
The overall look of the Yuanfang Chair can be described as “round outside, but square inside”. The phrase is the literal translation from Chinese, meaning “having an easy-going personality without losing one’s principles”. The design cues of the fluid-sculptured armrests come from Chinese calligraphy, incorporating the spirit of the Chinese traditional culture. With the use of rosewood and Poltrona Frau genuine leather, the Yuanfang Chair is given a “dynamic yet majestic” fresh new look.
Material and Its Overall Structure The surface of the Yuanfang Chair is mainly wrapped with red Poltrona Frau genuine leather so as to give a better sense of touch and feel. The legs of the Yuanfang Chair are made of selected rosewood and the Yuanfang Chair as a whole is built by traditional methods for better support. Rosewood was widely used for emperor furniture in both the Ming and Qing Dynasties for being more rigid, for having a nicer-looking wood grain, and for giving off a more pleasant fragrance scent over materials of other kinds. In addition, rosewood and Poltrona Frau genuine leather each has its own uniqueness that makes the two material go well together.

此 次 展 場 設 計 為 本 屆 畢 業 展 展 場 設 計 , 場 地 為 校 內 展 - 青 春 設 計 節 - 新 一 代 設 計 展 為 了 降 低 同 學 負 擔 的 成 本 所 以 此 次 設 計 理 念 為 '' 再 利 用 '', 最 後 以 台 灣 傳統鐵製水管為主要設計材料 , 鐵水管堅硬的質地加上簡易的結構設計讓產品能安穩的放置在展架上 , 鐵水管經過檢簡易的套件更換就能達到多變的組 合 , 更 能 因 應 不 同 展 場 的 各 期 所需 , 也能輕易的依照各組產品的需求下去做更改 , 收納時體積小更容易運送減少貨車空間的浪費。
上 圖 為 組 要 分 件 可 因 各 組 產 品 需 求 下 去 做 調 整 , 下 圖 為 模 擬 實 境 3D 圖 可 提 供 更 精 確 示 意 減 少 不 必 要 的 浪 費 , 各 組 同 學 在 依 需 求 作 細 部 調 整 , 下 方 小 圖 為 實體 製 作 的過 程 還 有 周 邊 名 片夾利用磁吸的方式達到更自由的搭配。

2014 青春設計節展場設計
Y OUTH I NN O VATI V E DES I G N F E S T I VAL 2014 青春設計節為主要展場設計的重點 , 高自由度的發揮空間為最主要原因 , 展場配合本屆主視覺做設計搭配 , 主視覺為 '' 一代質人 '' 透 過光線的導引慢慢進入我們的世界裡 , 希望大家可以看見我們的本質 , 所以在展場設計上除了最引人注目的主形象櫃台形象牆展架部分採 低調不干擾產品為主要設計方向 , 形象牆以主形象光線導引的方式具體化 , 利用相同色系的卡點西德從入口延伸到展場入口繼續延伸貫穿 整個展場 , 達到形象與動線規畫的統一性。

EXHIBTION PREPARATION 本次展覽地點為高雄駁二銀行昌庫 , 此昌庫為 2014 年最新開放的展覽場地對於推廣與曝光度都是一大挑戰 , 展前的場地會勘也是我第一次的展 前會勘 , 會勘前幾天開始收集會勘的相關注意事項深怕漏掉甚麼 , 到展覽場地後開始丈量尺寸劃分各系位置與坪數 , 測試燈光與電壓是否穩定都 是很重要的部分 , 基本安全措施檢查完畢後開始鋪設延長線插座 , 許多瑣碎但很重要的事情讓我學到許多產品領域所學不到的知識。

DESIGN CONCEPT 在當替代役時無意間發現了四軸無人飛行器 , 一瞬間每個男孩的飛行夢就此展開 , 剛開始準備要開始著手飛行器時發現一切並不是像想像的如此 簡單 , 光是機架需要自行設計打樣就必須事前準備一台 ''3D 印表機 '' 光是自行組裝 3D 印表機就費了不少功夫 , 終於準備好印表機要開始飛行夢 開始上網收尋許多相關資料 , 光是飛控板種類就可以研究整整一個禮拜了 , 在萬事準備完成後開始訂購材料等待材料的到來 .....

下圖為組裝完成的四軸飛行器 , 此機型為穿越機機型 , 是可高速移動前進的一種四軸飛行器 , 這是自行設計組裝的第一台飛行器 , 外型非常陽春不 過我相信有了第一台的經驗之後我會繼續設計出更好的更有趣的飛翔夢 !
