The first floor is designed to accommodate large gatherings with features such as rotating exhibitions, a restaurant, and a shop. The second floor is dedicated to dynamic spaces such as cafes and co-working areas. The third floor provides a more private setting, offering support for meetings, learning and various offices.

Designing a Hub of Connected Learning: The 'Link for Learn' design process aims to create a central hub for learning, where knowledge exchange can take place in a collaborative atmosphere. Dedicated learning spaces and vibrant communities are emphasized to foster a sense of belonging and interconnection. The building is designed with curvaceous shapes and overlapping spaces, evoking a feeling of fluidity and infinite learning opportunities that foster a sense of family and camaraderie.
