Building Floor Plan with Clearly Defined Zones: The floor plan showcases designated areas for various projects and functions. The first floor is designed to accommodate large gatherings with features such as rotating exhibitions, a restaurant, and a shop. The second floor is dedicated to dynamic spaces such as cafes and co-working areas. The third floor provides a more private setting, offering support for meetings, learning and various offices.
Designing a Hub of Connected Learning: The 'Link for Learn' design process aims to create a central hub for learning, where knowledge exchange can take place in a collaborative atmosphere. Dedicated learning spaces and vibrant communities are emphasized to foster a sense of belonging and interconnection. The building is designed with curvaceous shapes and overlapping spaces, evoking a feeling of fluidity and infinite learning opportunities that foster a sense of family and camaraderie.

Bridging the Learning Ecosystem: This design connects the learning environment and supports effective learners, fostering an atmosphere of interaction and growth.

By connecting the project area to the surrounding communities, a seamless user experience is ensured through the integration of various applications for uninterrupted use.
First Floor Building Plan with a Focus on Education and Community: The first floor will feature a reception zone, a reading area for research, and a space for learning about technology, culture, and more. In addition, there will be shops and restaurants to support students and the community.
Second Floor Building Plan Catering to a Variety of Interests: This floor is dedicated to various clubs, with a designated area for employees, information centers, and a rest area. There are also outdoor activity spaces and a co-working area.
Sarakham: Situated in the center of the city, near the city hall, this project offers a glimpse into the bustling city life. The surrounding area features a city square, government buildings, ample parking spaces, and evening markets. In the front of the building is the revered Buddha image of Kantharawichai, attracting visitors to the area.
Connecting MK Park and Key Locations: The park route links MK Park to important locations, using the park as a hub for users to easily travel from one point to another and engage in various activities. This versatile space provides support to the surrounding community, offering a range of recreational options.
It is a platform to support people who will come to do contact work in government offices. And is an area that can be connected to an open courtyard and the area inside SITE can be used as a continuous exercise area. with furniture Support for sitting and relaxing under the shade of trees, as well as sports fields and playgrounds to support USER to cover all ages.

The restoration of ancient sites and preservation of the arts and culture of Wat Phuttha Mongkhon
Preserving Cultural Heritage through Restoration of Wat Phuttha Mongkhon: This initiative aims to improve and restore Wat Phuttha Mongkhon, in order to prevent further deterioration and ensure the preservation of art and culture for future generations.
Revitalizing Historical Sites for Sustainability: This project aims to renovate ancient sites to prevent further degradation and enhance the scenic views. By making them more accessible, the potential of the area is increased and its overall quality is improved.
A Center for Art, Culture and History Education: This area was conceptualized as a hub for learning about art, culture, and history, with a focus on providing knowledge about the ancient city of Dvaravati era.
Enhancing Economic Development through Modernization of Khok
Phra Tesbal Market: This project aims to develop the economic area of Khok Phra Tesbal Market and modernize its surroundings to facilitate various activities and provide easy access with convenient transportation.
Landscape improvement project for green areas and walkways along Nong Bua
Revitalizing Nong Bua: This initiative aims to bring new life to the Nong Bua area by incorporating a diverse range of functions that can serve a wider range of people. This will also enable the area to effectively host traditional city activities.
Project to restore parks, recreation areas and develop OTOP product centers
Revitalization of Public Space and Community Development:
This project aims to restore the original public space to be visually appealing, providing an area for relaxation, exercise, socialization and promoting knowledge exchange. It also includes developing a community product center that fosters exchange of knowledge both within the community and beyond.
Pedestrian and bicycle path development project
Enhancing Active Transportation and Green Space: This project focuses on developing a network of pedestrian and bicycle lanes that are visually appealing and meet standards. It also includes increasing bike parking areas to encourage active transportation and adding green spaces with shade trees to create a more inviting environment.
