Volunteers
A group of dedicated volunteers get together to sew for the Zebra Child Protection Society at the west store. Our volunteer sewers have continued their prolific production of quilts and pyjamas. Also, they have provided the 110 Christmas stockings used as the party favor bag by Santa and have added a special carry bag to their repertoire. Aleina, the volunteer organizer from the Zebra office, attended one of the sewing sessions to give each volunteer a gift and to express her Zebra Child Protection gratitude in person. Centre is an organization dedicated to help children Although there is no immediremoved from abusive ate need for specific fabric, homes. anyone could join in the fun

Beyond the Basic Bra
In this class we will use your basic bra pattern and learn the different techniques you can do to dress up the look. You will learn embellishing techniques, use of laces, sheers, overlays, appliqués, etc. This is a very full two day class. You will be making samples of the different applications plus a bra using one or two of the techniques. The bra kit and pieces of fabric are supplied but if you have fabrics or things you want to try, bring them along.
