Tell us a little about the background of your company 'See Architecture'.
See Arch emerged from a desire to create a balanced and sustainable approach to practice. Focusing on supporting the well-being of all involved in a project, (staff, team and of course clients) See Arch established itself as a human-centered practice where mutual respect and an inspiring, design and build process are the key goals.
In the years since establishing the practice, we’ve remained authentic to the original motivation while expanding its focus to address broader questions about the industry.
Today, See Arch continues to operate as a business with a clear mission- to positively impact the field of architecture through the quality of our work and operational choices. We aim to inspire positive change and foster innovation in the industry, attracting like-minded individuals who share our vision.
Talk us through your customer process.
Our studio is one of empathy, trust and accountability—for our clients, our team, and our colleagues. Communication and shared creativity between client and architect lie at our core, as we believe this is the key to inspired designs.
We begin each project with information gathering and education to our clients. We shed light on what should be expected out of the project based on research compiled at the project onset.
Throughout each phase of work, from early concept design through construction, we develop visual tools and physical samples to communicate intentions to the client and ultimately help facilitate their decision-making throughout the project.
We often recommend recurring client meetings bi-weekly to keep everyone aligned and informed while working together.

The best feeling is walking through a completed project with a client who, although familiar with the intentions of the project, happily discovers the magic of its details and ambiance for the first time.
