Beam appointed Boseda Olawoye, a Nottingham based independent Creative Engagement Manager, in the role of Diverse Artist Network Coordinator to carry out this research over a period of 9 months. Her work explores race, identity, place and social justice issues. She has twenty years experience working in the visual arts sector locally, nationally and internationally.
