History/Mission Founded in 2013, the Tiffin Music and Art Foundation operates as a non-profit organization, with all staff members serving on a volunteer basis. Proceeds from TMAF events are reinvested within the Tiffin community through the TMAF scholarship program, which was introduced in 2015. This program benefits high school seniors in the Seneca county area who are choosing to pursue a degree in the arts field. Tiffin Music and Art Foundation is a tax-exempt non-profit organization under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)3, public charity status 509(a)(2). Through this distinction the organization is eligible to receive tax deductible donations to help offset costs associated with the production of TMAF sponsored events and contribute to the TMAF scholarship fund. The organization hosts an annual event on the last weekend in August in Downtown Tiffin. This year will be the fifth consecutive year of operation, having raised over $8,500 to date for various charitable and public causes. For more information, or to print off a copy of our scholarship application, visit our website at tiffinmusicandartfestival.com , or email us at tiffinmusicartfestival@gmail.com . You can also make a tax-deductible donation by clicking the “donate” button on our website. All donations are tax-deductible, and net profits from the Tiffin Music & Art Festival are earmarked for the TMAF scholarship program.

2017 East Tower Artists Brad Fiske Bradley Fiske is a Fremont, Ohio native visual artist. He graduated form Terra State Community College in May of 2000 with an associate degree in graphic design. Bradley's creativity is expressed in drawing, painting, aerosol, cartooning, and collage used separately as well as in mixed media pieces.
Claudia Riedy Claudia Riedy is a sophomore at Bowling Green State University, where she studies Art Education through the School of Art. Upon graduating, she will receive her BFA in Art Education as well as her K-12 teaching licensure for the state of Ohio. Claudia graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School in 2016, where she was inspired by her art teacher, Mr. Johnston to pursue a career as an art teacher, after his classes made her realize how important Arts education is. Claudia was a part of the 2014 Ohio Governor's Youth Art Exhibition her sophomore year of high school. She took dance classes for 15 years through Dance Unlimited and continues to pursue her passion at BG through the University Dance Alliance, which allows her to explore another creative outlet besides fine arts. Claudia enjoys exploring many medias, but has the most interest in ceramics and mixed media pieces. Her current favorite artist is Banksy, because of his risky nature and bold statements through his works, but she enjoys learning about new artists regularly in her art history classes at BG. Claudia hopes that her art can inspire others to be risky and spontaneous with their works, to be enthusiastic about exploring every medium, and to absolutely never lose the excitement, passion, and curiosity of a child. "The creative adult is the child who survived".
2017 East Tower Artists Eileen Hossler Born February 23rd, 1991 of Northwest Ohio, art interested me at an early age. Drawing and creating became my favorite past-time. By using found objects, I spent the majority of my free time creating miniatures, sketches, paintings and other creations of various mediums. I love to work with ink; Stark black and white contrasts varying from extreme detail to minimalist illustrations. I hope to broaden my skills by working more with sculpture, oils, watercolor, acrylic, metals and textiles in which I have only briefly experienced in the past. After attending Bowling Green State University for freshman year and completing 2 Associates Degrees in both Fine Arts and History of Fine Arts at Terra State University, I am still working to spend my time creating. My work commonly features animals and women. I admire other artists with similar subject matter but adore those who push the boundaries.
Chuck Ruffing Chuck Ruffing, a self taught artist, was born in Carey, Ohio and currently resides in Tiffin. Chuck works in a variety of mediums which include but not limited to: sculpting, painting, mold making, fabrication, vacuforming, and airbrushing. He works with a wide range of materials: fiberglass, foam, latex rubber, silicone, various plastics, wood, metal, clay, canvas, plaster and more. Chuck’s first major artistic influences were his sister ( Julie Walter), his father and mother(Sam and Laura). Later influences include Leonardo Da Vinci, Vincent Van Gogh, Tom Savini, Rick Baker, and John Dunivant . He currently creates movie studio quality costumes and props, masks, one of a kind sculptures, paintings and more. Chuck offers a wide range of items, as well as taking commission work.
