Greetings, I find it hard to believe that we are already through the first half of 2021, and I want to THANK YOU for your support in making April/June market one of the best markets (if not the best) in the history of our company. It was wonderful to have all our customers back in High Point embracing the shopping experience COVID took from us last year. Further, the attendance was also a record, only slightly being edged out by the opening of the MAC building in April of 2019. I am proud of what our team has done this year, particularly as it relates to new customer acquisition and/or reengaging former customers who have not had the opportunity to shop THE NEW A.R.T. Your continued efforts in preaching the transformation of our product portfolio from old, Euro-traditional to new, on trend, lifestyle, relevant product at recognized value has most certainly paid off.

Think about what transpired this past market…We launched STOCKYARD, SOMERTON, FRAME, POST as well as multi-SKU line extensions to COTIERE, PALISADE, NEWEL, THREE NEW UPHOLSTERY FRAMES, and a NEW OCCASIONAL PROGRAM. That is more than most companies would launch in a year, much less at one market. We want our customers to fully embrace our new direction and product is key. I believe we accomplished our objective for the 1st half of 2021; however, there is still much work to be done. Market conversion is being closely monitored, and we expect 100% of our commitments to manifest into orders. Going into the back half of 2021, our promise to you is this: we will remain disruptive to our competitors by gaining market share. We will remain committed to supporting our customers with the product/value they require. We will continue to grow our customer base filled with new customers who are looking for strategic long-term partners capable of delivering on everything A.R.T. offers. We will continue to do everything possible to support our current customers through this challenging container crisis. It is a good time for customers who may not be quite familiar with A.R.T. to take a leap of faith and support our line. We are here to be the best in the industry, and we have only just begun.
