As the year winds down, this year’s narrative draws many parallels to what we saw in 2020. It has been a year filled with euphoric highs driven by increased demand, as well as unforeseen production obstacles driven by COVID-related concerns. However, this company is much stronger because of the challenges we have faced. The proverb “smooth seas do not produce skillful sailors” could not be more true. We are EXTREMELY excited about our Profiles North American Upholstery program, something that might otherwise not have materialized without having faced some adversity. We have a diversified manufacturing base in Vietnam, and can always depend on the assistance of Markor China, who stepped up production of our Arch Salvage and Old World collections this year when we needed supply the most.

Many companies have felt the full force of COVID and will succumb to supply chain issues. Many companies have thrived on the increased demand for home furnishings and will weather the storm. We will come out of 2021 with more new customers than ever before, and more new placements than at any other time in the history of our company. The product transformation we announced in 2019 has been a success so far, but is also far from over. What we have on the drawing board for April 2022 is as dynamic as everything else we have been doing over the past two years, and will further solidify this company as a leader in design with a passion for quality product.
