GENERATIVE PERFORMANCE a study of tectonic capabilities
intention the description of form, tectonics, and structural morphologies by an assemblage of physical and virtual objects that narrate performative qualities, hence the goal in its purest attitude is to define and give form to generative performance.

branch thickness varies as weight is distributed downwards by gravity
branch allows for potential building arteries [i.e. air supply, water, etc] to be fed through similar to branching in nature
branch slab allows for variability in thickness and can adapt to programatic use *see following page

NATURE INC. LIVING medium density housing
eagle rock blvd intention in order to incorporate nature and living space, the housing block was elevated, blending structure and nature, allowing open space to be carved out and green space to be carved in, joining landscape with the experience of daily activities.

CONNECTIVE ENVIRONMENTS echo park civic center
intention with the building nestled away from the street edge, the existing landscape was allowed to transition gradually toward the park. due to this arrangement, an extension of the public sphere occurs from the park into the site. as for the built volumes, a planar translation of the landscape is taken as a formal gesture onto the counsil chamber. the council chamber in addition to the administrative base are organized along a circulation core , allowing all volumes of built space to intersect with one another.
