In this, there are various sizes of individual houses, parenting spaces, hospitality spaces for guests, shared kitchens, and common restaurants. Stacken Co-housing in 1979
In the mid-1970s, small-scale co-housing was preferred over large-scale housing, and new demands were raised for dwelling to avoid the nuclear family lifestyle of modern society and to pursue community life and convenience of living. Voluntary participation in house keeping activities and complex management. In the early 80s, many people designed and designed their own homes. Overall Fujian Tulou
Closed outside
Opened inside
Fujian Tulou is the most representative and best preserved example of co-living in southern China. Tulou is a collective building in which several generations live together, Fujian Tulou is a community of "equal", "horizontal", "shared" concept. This is because it is a characteristic architecture of the region, and it is easy to obtain materials such as forests from the region, and because of the inexpensive labor force, it is easy to construct a communal house that meets socialist policies.
Fujian Tolou has a concept of defense for one exterior door, so it is cut off from the outside, but the inside is open. Inside, all movements of the residents can be seen around the yard. It interacts with other generations in Tolou in the courtyards, stairs, inns, and courtyards of Toulou. The stairs and interiors in Tolou are shared with neighbors, and exchanges are made and each floor, such as a kitchen, warehouse, and bedroom, has a use on the 1st to 4th floors. The shape of the house is vertical. When the family increases, the vertical space is extended to the side, and the roles of men and women are different. In addition, the size of each room is the same in Tolou, and the decoration, patterns, materials, etc. are all the same without discrimination between status and hierarchy. Doors, stairs, interiors, courtyards, and wells are all shared by the Tolou community, and the size, decoration, patterns, and materials of each room are the same without discrimination between identity and hierarchy.

05 SHARING MODEL PRIVACY AND PUBLICITY
OWNERSHIP AND SHARING
Co-housing already provides a sense of privacy by having individual2. Dwellings for each generational family.
Residents in our community have the ownership depending on the rent they paid and members sharing the equal ownership of the house, and each member would pay extra for all the stuff that are shared like microwaves and washing machines.
However with the removal of boundaries, we aren't isolating the families from each-other. The possible removal of fencing and creating communal spaces and the sharing of different facilities, the people of our community will be able to enjoy the sense of togetherness.
TOGETHERNESS AND SENSE OF COMMUNITY
SOCIAL PROGRAM & SHARED RESPONSIBILITIES
For togetherness and the sense of community in our community, we can have social programs that will allow everyone to gather and socialise. There can be a seperate building that includes common rooms, study rooms, entertainment rooms and etc, for people to do activities together.
People living in our community share the responsibility of cleaning the public areas and taking turns cooking. They can open up a piece of their own land and farming together. For entertainment, people can do yoga, go for a trip, hold a party and so on. Our community can provide childcare, general transport, regular physical examination for elderly.

07-1 INDIVIDUAL CONCEPTUAL DE My conceptual design for Gliese 581 is a community of four storey buildings with shared spaces, semi-private and private space for residents. The arrangement of facilities was considered to be a clear space for individuals, and a common space for others. Therefore, the outside of the house is a private space, and the inside of the house is designed as a shared space, the closer it goes to the community. The movement to different spaces creates areas of social interaction.
For residents who prefer co-living due to financial problems, the building is not horizontally widened, but vertically raised to reduce the burden of price. Each floor has a different charm, all of which are meaningful. For example, in order to use the land efficiently, the basement was made into a common space. And the second floor has an outdoor garden that can be used for agriculture. Residents can use the crops grown here in the kitchen or sell them to the market for money.
