JUNE 4TH DLS CASES REVIEW I want to make a recap of the dls cases that still haven’t been handled since April. So by the last week of April, I knew something was up. The cases were taking extraordinary length in time. This was because I was arguing with Amazon Legal over my accommodation cases. They were very legally scared. I told them, I’m not trying to retaliate, just get it approved and we can work together. It’s all about empathy. Then on April 30th, my pay stub came out: 0 dollars. I was pissed. I got so angry at Amazon Legal. Sad thing is, on May 1st and 2nd, They send me 23 dollars to “recompensate.” I knew at this point, they wanted to just fuck me over and scare me off. Namely, my medical cases suddenly got deleted. A lot of data started to “disappear.” Moreover, Amazon Legal got so scared, of me, even though I stated -> as long as I am paid, I am on YOUR SIDE, I’M HERE TO HELP YOU GET BETTER AS A COMPANY IN POLICIES -> Amazon Legal retaliated with full force. They lost. Simply because, they retaliated against me -> I never lied, I never covered things up, and I never did unethical things. Amazon Legal did a lot of unethical and illegal things towards me since April’s beginning, let alone Nov 2021. I told them, it’s okay, let’s move on and work together. Somebody, up top, got fucking scared on May 3rd, and decided the best decision was to just scare me off. See the Emails that transpired on April 29th to May 3rd. Somebody forced Amazon DLS to delete my medical leave cases, use bullshit lies like “you exhausted your fmla applications.” No I didn’t, I didn’t exhaust anything if that was even that case. And, they kept losing, so they sent the fed cops to my house May 9th, then again on May 20th (as a last resort of idiocy). This is very un-professional. 3 Million Dollars to my bank accounts right now Andy Jassy, Adam Selipsky and Amazon Counsel. Go get drug screened, because only people who abuse drugs would be this horrible at executive level decision making. Get Amazon DLS to get my cases approve. Here’s ample enough documents to get you started where you left off. Crime Victims Case needs to be approved. I already have a FMLA until June 11th Case. I’m going extend my FMLA for to another months because since April, I haveUSA notInc. been onwarehouse any type ofdeleting medicalall leave. I’ve been dealing with Amazon Legaltoand Executives trying kill me3with Aetna in company, and Ricoh the the evidences of crime in murder, hence May 16th, Amazon DLS sending me out a case leave approval, that was completely a case of fraud in writing, given that that same case, has already been approved until a later end date (June 11th) and hence Amazon Legal and Execs being so desperate enough to send the FBI to my house again on May 20th. • April 29th 2022- you received a paycheck that was mistakenly zeroed out due to improper coding for 51 hours of regular time instead of requested PTO time from 3/29/22 to 4/14/22. As stated in the letter you received on May 6th 2022 via email, your employment with Amazon was terminated on May 5th 2022 for inappropriate comments made by you in violation of Amazon’s Standards of Conduct.

It is Amazon’s policy to pay an employee for the balance of accrued, unused vacation after termination, which is the reason you received the May 5th 2022 payment of $767.87. To assist in your transition, Amazon is providing you the Pivot program, Tier 1 lump sum severance payment of $23,965.13, less legally required tax withholdings, which will be directly deposited in your bank account on file. Moreover, we have enrolled you in COBRA coverage beginning on June 1, 2022 under your medical and prescription drug plans with Aetna and Express Scripts. This coverage is paid for by Amazon through August 31, 2022. If you would like to continue this coverage you can do so by sending monthly payments to Benefits Connect. You will receive a COBRA continuation notice showing medical and prescription benefits have been elected. Your payment coupons will be received in August. If you have question on COBRA, Benefit Connect can be reached at 1-877-29-COBRA (1-877-292-6272).
