Pop-Up Shop Concept
Casper Concept Casper emerged as an online mattress company. As the company has grown, they have provided pop-up locations for the customer to try the product in person. While this roll-out has lead to success, the platform for purchasing the product remains online and shipped to the customer’s home, leaving some customers disappointed. The design of this pop-up concept facilitates day-of purchases and the need of stock space, while providing a staging area for customers to try to product. While simple in concept, the design of the structure highlights the brand identity.

Glossier Retail As a beauty and fragrance brand emerging into the retail space, Glossier has an opportunity to reimagine the customer experience. This design of a freestanding beauty fixture creates a simplified customer experience. All of the products are located on the tray, allowing the customer to try-on and experience every product without missing anything. The mirrors are equipped with smart technology to allow the customer to access the “Into the Gloss blog to view articles and various applications of the product. This design steps away from the traditional bulky makeup counter and provides a unique experience curated by each customer.
