CHANEL Managing all phases of CHANEL Multi-Brand retail projects through completion. Projects vary in size from 800 sq. ft. to 3,000 sq.ft. Responsibilities include overseeing internal teams, managing drawing production, coordinating with external vendors and design teams, on site construction administration, tracking schedules, and direct client contact.

What’s noteworthy? The coordination of multiple shops occur simultaneously. The projects differ in design and construction phases, making my role important to keep all teams organized. By establishing a clear process for all team members we have successfully opened shops across the country.

VERSACE Working exclusively with the project manager on the roll out of the new Versace design concept in stores across the country. The scope of work involved drawing coordination with owner’s representative, coordinating mock up of new design details, and construction administration.

What’s noteworthy? The millwork shelving within the interior of the shop has a continuous curve spanning the entire length of the shop allowing for zero error. Due to the millwork, there was significant attention given to the existing site condition and on site coordination to allow for seamless installation.

DIOR As a member of the project team for the Dior flagship at City Center, key resposibilities include coordinating design teams, managing drawing production, construction administration, and direct client contact.

What’s noteworthy? The storefront is made layers of film, glass and lighting to create a visual depth within the facade. Being one of the largest Dior stores in the US, the coordination of the drawings and vendors was complex. An extreme attention to detail allowed for successful execution of the design concept.
