AUTOCARE TRADE SHOW TRAINING STAGE
Offering dynamic learning on the trade show floor
The Autocare Trade Show is an incredible addition to Australia’s largest ever automotive training event, featuring 100 of Australia’s best brands showcasing the latest technology, equipment and tools.
To support the industry, Autocare is opening the doors of the Autocare Trade Show to anyone in the automotive industry, free of charge, and thousands of technicians and business owners are expected to attend.
A fantastic feature of this huge industry Trade Show will be the dedicated Training Stage. This stage will bring tools, equipment and services to life via interactive displays that yield further hands-on and educational opportunities for visitors.
The Training Stage is positioned on the Trade Show floor and is accessible to all visitors registered for the Autocare 2023 event.
On the training stage, free Trade Show visitors will also get to sample a small portion of the separate, comprehensive Autocare training programs. These paid programs, led by world-class industry experts, will provide hundreds of technicians and business owners the opportunity to take their skills, career development and business to the next level.
Training Stage Schedule
Friday 9 June 2023:
• 11.00am – 11.45am – A conversation with internationally renowned technical trainer, Brandon Steckler. Speakers: Brandon Steckler, Technical Editor, Motor Age Magazine; Mike Carnemolla – Owner/Director, 313 Automotive and The Garage Network.
• 1.00pm – 1.45pm – AASRA – Overview of the Mandatory Data Sharing Law and how to access manufacturer information. Speaker: Rodger Nardi – Executive Officer, AASRA.
• 2.00pm – 2.45pm – HEV/BEV Safety, Equipment and Systems overview. Speakers: Keith Minchin, MTAQ Technical Trainer; Nigel Palmer, MTA Technical Learning Officer.
• 3.00pm – 3.45pm – Skills and Retention. Speaker: Ben Selwyn, ACA Research Director.
Saturday 10 June 2023:
• 10.00am – 10.45am - AASRA – Overview of the Mandatory Data Sharing Law and how to access manufacturer information. Speaker: Rodger Nardi – Executive Officer, AASRA.
These programs will be led by the largest collection of industry experts ever assembled in Australia.
