AACD Congratulates the Accreditation “Class of 2015”!
It is achievable!
O
ver the past 26 years, 395 members in the history of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry have completed its rigorous credentialing process. It’s the rarified air of dentistry’s most accomplished practitioners and laboratory technicians. The process is designed to give dental professionals the chance to learn, grow and interact with colleagues while they demonstrate their commitment to cosmetic dentistry and responsible esthetics. Accreditation requires successful completion of a written examination, an oral examination, and multiple clinical case submissions. Becoming an AACD Accredited dentist or laboratory technician helps dental professionals provide better care to their patients and clients, and distinguishes their practices and labs within their communities. While becoming an Accredited member is a significant accomplishment, some continue their learning by becoming an Accredited Fellow. Fellowship is the highest level of achievement in the AACD credentialing process. In 2015, we warmly welcome five new members to Accredited Fellow status—Drs. David D. Finley, Sue C. LeBlanc and Wynn H. Okuda.
