I recognize that I´ve barely practiced recording my voice and my students’. I did it much time ago with children of primary school. Of course this activity and the karaoke system are some of the funniest, and the students love them. Well, I did the exercise and record myself, and I found a pleasant surprise: I heard my voice and I think that, in general rubrics I was good and in speaker´s precisions, the speech was clear.

When doing them with a special schedule, is a good form to improve our learning process? The principal aim of being part of an English community, is when we are capable of initiate, sustain and conclude real conversations. transmitted by a code, a message, and an appropriate channel.”
Being my language level a low intermediate according to the European framework; I want to rely on a few
aspects in my
Language learning along this program, Phonology, which is the basic unit of sound, and Syntax, which studies the structure of Language and how words can be formed to create grammatically correct sentences, I found these 2 very important in my Learning process and in my teaching practice, if my students can say or understand a word it´s a great advantage and more if they know the grammar syntax, these would help myself and my students improve our Language learning. One main aspect I dealt with was phonology, because I´d thought I did know the pronunciation of a word, and did not! And sometimes the wrong sound of a word, changes the meaning of the sentence. Indeed I accept the idea that we must practice and recycle what is first presented to us; that our knowledge of Spanish or other Language will be useful in processing a foreign language; that we can’t expect to understand every single word in a passage or in a conversation, but that this is often unnecessary. Yet, it means knowing that we can try to express our thoughts and ideas even if we don’t master all the necessary grammar and vocabulary, by using, for example, paraphrases. Finally, I would like to mention the role played by SOCIAL CHANGES AND CHANGES IN THE LABOR MARKET. Professional profiles now include an ability to learn and to train and retrain oneself; continuing education stresses the need to improve learning efficiency, flexibility and personal responsibility for one’s own learning. Unfortunately, as we know only too well,

Introduction
A 120 hour online teacher development program was prepared for English language secondary school Mexican teachers. Free access sites were carefully chosen in order to facilitate their improvement of language skills and grammatical competence as well. Seven modules were designed to reach this objective.
Would that program be an appropriate response to that population’s needs? At the end of each module, teachers were asked to reflect on their own learning process in the different contents: learning to learn, the four linguistic skills, teaching strategies and the use of ICT.
As a final project of the afore mentioned diploma, the participants are required to write a report. This volume includes the reflections of the first group participants who share their enthusiasm, surprise, stress and even frustration struggling with new technologies during their learning process, but their willingness to face the challenge as well.
