Canyonlands health centers provide more than just treatment for illness or episodic conditions, they provide ongoing care and health management for families and individuals throughout their lives. Canyonlands is a private, not for profit corporation providing consumer directed, high quality, comprehensive, cost-effective primary and preventative care. Canyonlands offers sliding fee programs designed to improve access to health care for those who face financial barriers and need assistance.

Canyonlands Healthcare has 9 sites throughout Clifton, Duncan, Globe, Kayenta/Chilchenbeto, Littlefield/Beaver Dam, Page, and Safford.
