Canyonlands is a private, nonprofit corporation providing consumer directed, high quality, comprehensive, cost-effective primary and preventative care. Canyonlands offers sliding fee programs designed to improve access to healthcare for those who face financial barriers and need assistance.

Canyonlands Healthcare has 9 sites throughout Clifton, Duncan, Globe, Kayenta/Chilchenbeto, Littlefield/Beaver Dam, Page, and Safford, along with 1 in Mesquite, Nevada.
