BEDROOM ELEVATIONS

ELEVATION 3

ELEVATION 4

In all the above bedroom elevations , I was asked to research and come out with a good concept for the bedroom according to the requirement of the client . One client wanted a rustic feel to their bedroom while the other wanted completely contemporary feel. By doing this, I was able to actually visualise how my room would look if I place this here. I could see and rectify my own problems.

TOILET ELEVATION ELEVATION 1

ELEVATION 2

TOILET ELEVATION

I was asked to design toilet according to the requirement of the client. During the process, I realized how important is the placement of W.C ,basin and even the floor tiles when making the drawing. I had to think of materials side by side . Even 1mm could make a difference hence , I had to design it carefully so that the person usingi it would feel comfortable.

TOILET WORKING

TOILET WORKING

TOILET WORKING

I was asked to do the working of this toilets. In the beginning it looked up as a challenge to me to do the working as the drawing had to go to the site directly. I learned how important it is to give even a small dimension . A little error can do a disaster at the actual site. One have to be very careful while doing the working. Every single dimension should be marked in the drawing which will make it easier for people to understand at the site.

TERRACE DESIGN LAYOUTS

TERRACE DESIGN

I was assigned to make the concept and the layout of terrace for the ongoing project in Noida. I understood the requirements and then researched and made the layouts .After lot of discussions , mistakes this plan was finalised. The biggest problem I faced in making this drawing was the balance and proportions. But I dealt with it and came out with this.

CABINET DESIGN

I was given a rough hand drafted drawing of the cabinet that had to be made on site. I drafted in Cad , checked the proportions , corrected the dimensions for various areas and even proposed some changes wherever required which were appreciated . Taking care of AC during drafting this was something new to me . I had to see that Ac doesn’t clash with the doors of the cabinet.

CABINET DESIGN

DOOR DESIGN

The task allotted to me , was to design the entrance doors for the same house. Keeping in mind the requirement , proportions specially while drafting this. Even , I had to think of material and how it will work and give the reason for the same.

DOOR DESIGN LAYOUTS

This was the very interesting task given to me. I was asked to draft entrance and inner doors of the ongoing project . The theme was Indian Classical . So, keeping that in mind I had to properly set the proportions and balance the same . As per the brief, the door should not be very heavy or light. It had to be balanced. So ,this were the various designs I came up with . Few of them were selected by the principal architect and worked upon.

FURNITURE LAYOUT

In this layouts, I was supposed to check the furniture layout ,whether the space between the bed and sofa enough for a person to walk through or not. After that, I was asked to propose various furniture from the shortlisted furniture. I had to keep in mind, the budget of the client and the best comfortability for them.

CONCEPT BASED LAYOUT

Basically , in this Iayout I was asked to make a concept .Like what will be the feel when a person enters in the house, how will the bedroom look , wht kinda feeel he will get. So this were some of the images I researched and made a indian contemporary concept as asked.

DOOR WINDOW SCHEDULE

I was given a task on door & window schedule drawings. I had to make the door window schedule of the plan . It is a table in the contract documents listing all the doors and windows by sie , specifications and location in the floor plan. Then I was assigned to cross check the type of doors and windows with the updated final plan. This is to ensure the contractor knows the number of the respective doors and windows to be ordered from supplier and where to install them.

PLANTER DESIGN

Our principal architect , gave us the task of making the planters as per the hand drafted sheet .And, then exploring more designs by our own. While drafting this in 3d I started realising my mistakes. The proportions were not right . Thus , the task remained incomplete because of some reason.

MATERIAL CHECK LIST

The task given to me was to make the check list of the materials used in the particular area like bedroom, kitchen etc. of various areas of different ongoing projects This was something new to me , through this I got to know about many materials , how they are used and where to use.

JEWELLERY DESIGN

I was asked to raaster any part from the given image (above) and make a pattern for the jewellery that had to be made. The design should be made in such a way that if we even take a single part of it , it looks beautiful. So I made a flower using one raaster side,

BOUNDARY WALL DESIGN

This is the boundary wall for one of the ongoing project in Model Town. The green part was to be made in teracotta . And the brown stems were supposed to be made in steel structure. The whole design is an inspiration from a solar panel plant . During this task, I was introduced to new material teracotta which had its own characterstics.
