The Process Consultation: You want to get to know us and we want to get to know you too. We customize your session by listening to who you are and getting to know your style.
Questionnaire: By this time you’ve booked your session and now we’re going to get into the details. This questionnaire is designed to help us style your session.
Session: Taking your photographs is the fun part, now that we already know what we want to create!
Viewing Appointment: You’ve reviewed this price list and know our product line. We’ve styled your session to create something you’ll love for a lifetime. Now let’s review the work and choose how best to display it in your home.
Delivery: 3 - 4 weeks after your products have been ordered we will be calling to set up a time to deliver your portraits. We love to deliver to your home personally if you choose, we’ll even help you hang them if you’d like.
Your Viewing Appointment Following your session it will be a short wait to see your images. At your session we will schedule your viewing appointment for 10 days to 2 weeks later in our office. At this appointment you will be presented with a slideshow of approximatly 20-30 images and review product examples. During that time we will use specially designed software to help you narrow down the choices to your favorites and help you to create an art piece. We are even able to show you actual size enlargements of your images on your own walls. Your viewing appointment is included with your session and we ask that anyone who will be involved in making decisions be present to complete your order.

Policies Your session includes: • Pre-portrait consultation to bring forth ideas and input to ensure a successful session. • Up to 2 hours (Maternity) 3 hours (Newborn) of coverage on your session date. • Post session image preparation. • In-Person Viewing Appointment. • In-Home delivery and installation Your scheduled session is for the time and talent of the photographer and for your in-person viewing appointment. It does not include any finished portraits. Your $100 retainer holds your session date and is refundable only up to 48hrs prior to your session time. After such time if a session needs to be rescheduled we will work with you to have you in on the next available date and time. Your $100 retainer will be applied to the balance of your order. You will view your portraits at a personally attended slideshow. You will be asked to order at this time. Please make sure all decision makers are present, as additional ordering appointments incur a $100 fee. Once your order is placed in-person, your ordered digital images will be uploaded to an online print lab where you may gift print products from your files. Printing with them will ensure professional quality and correct color. Images will be hosted here for a period of two weeks and archived for a period of one year. Anyone whom you choose to share the gallery with be able to purchase prints and products directly from the lab. We cannot control access and only give authorized access to the client who made the purchase. Almost all Little moments Portraits clients invest in digital files. With a “Create Your Own Collection” purchase, you will be able to take your files home the day of your ordering appointment. Due to the downloadable nature of this content, once files are removed from the studio the sale is final and non-refundable. While we capture many images during your session, you will see only those images selected by your photographer, the artist, for previewing. We carefully render each image to ensure maximum artistry and technical perfection. Images with eyes closed, heads turned, duplicates, etc. will not be shown and are removed from our archives permanently after the artist rendering is complete. Due to the custom nature of the work, payment for your order must be placed in full and is subject to a 50% cancellation fee should you change your mind about an order after it is placed. Once an order is sent to the lab or digital files are submitted to the client either by CD, USB, electronic transfer or email, the order is deemed non-refundable. Payments may be made cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Payment plans are available, ask for more details. Design work and custom graphics will be approved for color and layout in-person on our professionally color calibrated monitors at the ordering appointment. Only font style, spelling and wording may be approved through electronically emailed proof. Requests for reprints due to color shift on emailed proofs will not be honored. Please allow 4 weeks for your order to be completed. Some orders may take longer. Your portraits are an investment and an heirloom that should not be rushed. You will be notified by telephone or e-mail when your order is ready to schedule an appointment for delivery. If you are not available to receive delivery or pick up your products in person arrangements can be made to ship your order for an additional fee. All ordered images are kept on file for a period of 1 year. Un-ordered images are removed from our archives after 30 days. Reorders placed more than 60 days after the preview appointment, require a minimum $250 re-order. The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving us the exclusive right to reproduce your photographs. Violations include, but are not limited to, making illegal copies, scanning, printing from home or downloading from our website. It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs in any manner without our permission and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Please understand, the photographer wishes to maintain complete control over the print quality, finishes and presentation of the images and any reproduction outside of the studio may lower the quality of the image and scar our reputation for providing superior portraits.
