BRIEF: AREA: 900SQFT ACADEMIC PROJECT

HOTEL SUITE ACADEMIC

PROJECT

An area of 900SQFT was given to design a hotel suite. My vision to make a suite look and feel luxurious.

Hotel rooms are an interesting typology in interior design as they strike a balance between comfort, luxury, style and novelty. The interior design of the suite follow the dark grey and black color palatte. The large windows allow natural light and mangnificient views of the outside. The suite is divided into two levels - the upper one with a bed and a lower one with lounge space facing the view. The other elements like soft furnishing and decor are minimal to draw attention to nature.

lighting pallatte is kept warm toned to maintain the feel of luxury and warmth.

BRIEF: AREA: 600SQFT ACADEMIC PROJECT

An area of 600SQFT was given to design a Studio Apartment.

A studio apartment is usually used to denote a small living space with an open floor plan. It consists of a single room that combines the bedroom, living room and kitchen space with an attached bathroom. These are small spaces but they do not lack amenities.

Wth having a ceiling height of 12’ and an open floor finish to ceiling level gaint window to allow maximum amount of sunlight to enter also to make the space looks bigger and open. Glass partition was used to seperate the space.

BRIEF: AREA: 10800SQFT ACADEMIC PROJECT

An area of 10800SQFT was given to design a Restaurent . A restaurant is a business that prepares and serves food and drinks to customers.[1] Meals are generally served and eaten on the premises, but many restaurants also offer take-out and food delivery services. Restaurants vary greatly in appearance and offerings, including a wide variety of cuisines and service models ranging from inexpensive fast-food restaurants and cafeterias to midpriced family restaurants, to high-priced luxury establishments.

The theme of restaurent is kept semi luxurious by having color palatte of royale blue , gold finish , shades of grey and black.

This Restaurent serves the variety of purpose by keeping in mind the beauty as well as need for biophilic interiors there are many elements to look at.

European french arched windows looks asthetically pleasing to the eyes while adding a royal touch with velvet cutains over it. Sitting for 15 , 11 , 4 2 are available also having a stage / gig adds extra attraction towards the place to attract customers so that they can enjoy their meals while having fun at listening live music aur stage shows.

Interior feel of restaurent kept luxurious and warmth to have people a good and pleasure time with thier loved ones. Arch French windows with velvet curtains giving shape to the feel on top having royale blue wallpaper with gold trimmed arches design on it giving all the feel of luxuriousness. Legs of table and couch having gold finish making it all look classy.

Outdoor of the restaurent kept more kneen towards the nature. Keeping in mind the love for biophilic interiors , calming element as well as giving life to any space plants are kept inside and outside also to add a pop of colour.

Outside sitting is having sitting for 6 people , 4 people , and 2 people . Having pergola design giving all the access to the sunlight in the harsh winter while sippin’ hot coffee , but also to have sheds above sitting and flowing water alongside to keep fresh and calm in summer.

The brief required a residence for a nuclear family who desired residence to fulfill modernistic luxurious interiors so that all the spaces blend seamlessly together.

Open shelving or glass-fronted cabinets can be used to break up the monotony of closed cabinetry and showcase decorative or functional items. They also contribute to the modern, airy feel of the kitchen.

To add the visual interest in this look , the bold patterned backsplash is in stalled to make it look more appealing , and a modernistic nature of adding strips lights under the cabinet makes it more beautiful.

It is a holiday home which is situated in new jersey. Holiday homes, also known as vacation homes or second homes, are residential properties that are primarily acquired and used by individuals or families as a place to spend leisure time, typically during holidays or vacations

According to the second floor layout there is a lounge area to hangout, laundry area and all the bedrooms with attached bathrooms. the layout of this residence solves the purpose of functionality by seperating the privacy area and family area. the color theme for the whole interior kept in between the three colors black blue and white making it color coordinated.

According to the first floor layout there is a double height living area with the firespace in front connecting to the dining area with the beautiful chandelier above , open space kitchen makes the area looks more more open and also the ample of natural lightuing because of the gigantic windoes all over.
