Branding and Identity Disha This project was about Rebranding. I was supposed to study an existing brand of my choice and find possible design opportunities in it. The new or altered designs had to be based on proper branding strategies which would improve the existing identity of the brand. The Brand I chose is Disha - a resource center for children with special needs. Majority of parents are extremly hesitant about admiting their children in an institution. Parents need to be assured that their child will be happy and well taken care of. The present identity potrayed by Disha appears very dull and depressing. My aim through this project is to provide a happier and reassuring identity to the institution.

It is the brainchild of a husband and wife duo photographers ; Smriti and Aditya Malhotra.They practice the technique of candid photography which brings out the fun and the emotion in a photograph and they wish to bring out the same identity in their brand.

It was a limited budget project where the client wanted an elegant look for the brochure, providing detailed information about the clinic. The Call

Poem Illustration These are a few pages from a poem I illustrated. It is a self composed humorous poem about a little girl who experiences a bad day. The illustration style has been inspired from works of Claire Roberston.

It was 9 in the morning. I had just had my bath. I looked out of the window moaning. As it was raining very hard.

Wow! It was jam packed. All were there, fair, short and tall. But what I wanted was, it lacked. As there was no mom at all.

I wore my shoes & grabbed my coat. Got out of the house and slammed the door. Just as I realized that the keys were inside. I tripped over my laces

I walked to the mall as I missed the bus. Looking here & there for stall 58. And there was a shop behind a little gate.


Advertising Hallmark I supposed to select an existing brand of my choice and study its current market position. Based on the same we were supposed to use various advertising techniques to improve it. The Brand I chose was Hallmark, it deals in gifts, cards, posters and other social expressions. As a part of the promotional strategy I introduced a few deliverables.

Scratch Card Coupuns The Scratch Card Coupons were introduced as a marketing stategy to attract customers and increase sales. These coupons contain a free gift and are given to customers who have purchased goods worth Rs. 400 and more.
