Purangi Walks Taranaki
The Otunahe Walk was developed to showcase the rich diversity of the local indigenous forest. The walk costs $10 per person, under 5s are free, with proceeds fed back into providing a predator-controlled environment. The Hidden Valley Walk is an easy graded 1.5km walk, taking you through farmland, richbush, and a natural canyon amidst glowworms.
