WHAT YOU’LL NEED 100g Self Raising Flour 150g Unsalted butter 75g Caster Sugar 2 Large eggs 1tbsp Vani l l a E xt rac t 30g Icing Sugar

HOW TO MAKE Pre-heat oven to 200c/Gas 6. Place about 18 paper cake cases in bun tins. Measure all the ingredients into the bowl and beat well for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is well blended and smooth. Half fill the paper cases with the mixture. Bake in pre-heated over for about 15-20 minutes until the cakes are well rises and golden brown. Lift the cakes out of the bun tins and cool ona wire rack. To make the icing, beat the butter and icing sugar until well blended.
