It's a desire to work extra, even if not needed, where you lose the desire to have fun. What are the signs that indicate that you are going through toxic productivity? Signs To Identify 1- You feel guilty for not being productive If you are going through toxic productivity, the thoughts of an empty to-do list will be running through your mind, even if you are having fun with friends or are at a family dinner party. You feel the guilt of not being able to complete the day's work.

1- You feel guilty for not being productive The second sign which indicates your toxic productivity is your desire to keep doing things. Like say, you had a busy day, and it's the end of your day at your workplace. But still, you want to work longer and complete the work before you go.

3-You deprioritize your other things Another sign which helps you to know that you are going through toxic productivity is you won't care about your physical, mental, or emotional health anymore.
